when i get my interface and other recording gear, (in about 2 months) im gonna buy a sure sm57, and i just need an opinion on a 2nd mic to get, something relatively cheap, around $80-100. must be good for recording an acoustic guitar, and vocals

i bought the mxl 990/991 package. 2 condensor mics for $100, and theyve worked pretty well for me so far. you can use the 990 for vocals, and then use both for acoustic guitar (991 close and 990 far to catch the room sound is what i do). if you only want the 990 instead of both, i think there is also a package for that that comes with a shockmount that is in your price range. they have a few different options on musicians friend you might want to check out.
