Heres a tune I wrote a while ago, its 100 % original...hope you like it.

Strongest Man Alive
****************

Down a long and lonely highway
Is there no end to this road?
Is there anybody going my way?
Destination unknown

Bridge: and the man on the radio
he wont play my song
with the rain drops on the windshield
comes the night that will be long...the night will be long.................

With a million miles behind me
And a million miles to go
Will anyone ever find me?
Will I ever get back home?

Bridge: theres a light on the horizon
theres a neon sign in sight
from a distance it reads "salvation"
but up close that aint right...up close that aint right.............

Now the needles reading empty
As the sun begins the day
To turn around sure is tempting
but I think that I will stay

Bridge: on this road a little longer
just to find out what I find
they say what dont kill you makes you stronger
I must be the strongest man alive...the strongest man alive

I love this. For some reason I imagined the singer from teh Eagles singing this. Love the lyrics and it has a good flow, a little akward at the end, but definetly good

although I'm disapointed this isn't, as I thought, a song about Artie from The Adventures of Pete & Pete I do like the last lines quite a bit. good job on that. I'd say the rest is just okay but I'm no authority
love dead like a crushed fly

for those of you who said you'd be interested in hearing my lyrics put to music- I started work on recording an album, if you get in touch with me pm or otherwise I'd be more than happy to fill you in

I love this, it's really awesome. The lyrics really flow and are fun to read. The title is really good, don't change a thing.
Cause I love feelin' dirty
And I love feelin' cheap
And I love it when you hurt me
So drive those staples deep

well for some reaon i could hear this being played to something johnny cash ish. not that the lyrics are cashish just the kind of tone i guess. also i wasn't a big fan of the double up hte line at the end of some stanzas. and especially at the end where oyu jstu repeat for a while dens't do anything for me.
Can you see in the dark? Can you see the look on your face?
