For some reason, whenever I play an F# (except on low strings as you can see in the video), I get a harmonic an octave up... like, even when I bend up on 6th fret on B (F) to 7th (F#).

Can anybody enlighten me as to why?

i see part of the problem... you're playing a squier. they are infamous for weird stuff (my old one did something similar, but not to that extent)

I know i'm playing a Squier, lol. Didn't think that was it, but I guess it is. I'm saving for an Ibanez Prestige RG or a JEM7VWH If I have the willpower to save that much more.

yeah that is strange

maybe the intonation is too low around that 7th fret??

or the curve of the neck or somethin?
