No, there's quite a lot of thing wrong.

You wrote...

Major 6/9: 1 - 3 - 5 - 6 - 9.              
Minor 6/9:  1 - 3 - 5 - 6 - 9.


m6/9 should be: 1 - b3 - 5 - 6 - 9.

Someone might find it quite confusing your major 6add9 chord and minor 6add9 chord are identical.

A half diminished doesn't contain a diminished 7th interval, nor is it named a diminished 7th chord. Call it...

Half diminished/m7b5/ø: 1 - b3 - b5 - b7.


The degree sign you're looking for is ° - which is used to notate a fully diminished chord, not half diminished.

I haven't got time to read all the notes, so I just scanned through - chances are I missed something.

.. And you could do with tidying up the code a bit

all right changes some formulas and tried to fix the code but ug wont let me looks great on word though and you might need to scroll the code box to see it all
