I want to Play Led Zeppelins Moby Dick (which is in Drop D Tuning) And If I tune my low E string to the D on this tuner, is that Drop D? Thank you. (also, Its only the Low E String thats in Drop D for this song... right?)

Yes if it's in D then you are in Drop D.

Yes, just drop your low E to a D.

Drop D tuning, starting at the low string is: D A D G B E

Standard tuning, starting at the low string is: E A D G B E

The easiest way to tune to drop D is to lower the E string so the 7th fret is the same note as the open A string.
