I just got a pyrex glass 210 medium or whatever slide and i was wondering if i should have gotten a brass or chrome one. I like to play Ben Harper, John Butler, Bob Marley and George Harrison kinda stuff
uhh.... i use an old piece of copper tubig that i filed the edges down on, a glass slide thats like 1-8th inch thick...it covers that, glass is much duller but more classic sounding, I like the copper because itsgot a real warm but bright sound...however it does turn your finger funny colors if you sweat into it... but use the slide you have, because really, it doesnt matter what slide you use unless you want the exact sound they got fomr the slide, in which case look at what they use?!
