not a significant change, but if you're worried or curious, you might wanna check the intonation. If its a floyd rose style trem then you'd need to reset the bridge.

Should be fine. It's not much of a change in tension. If you later change to .11s or thicker, get your guitar set up is my advice (unless you're de-tuning - if you increase string guage but tune lower the tension stays the same)

Eh, if it's just from .009's to .010's, then it shouldn't be a very big deal.

If either of them seem funny though, adjust them right away.
