ok im about to gig i need to kno weather to put 2 extra springs in my strat trem or does it not matter (the bridge is not lifting) ive just got to extras.
So 3v5 wats better?

Depends, if you use your trem a lot then 5 would be a lot stiffer, and in a live gig, if you arms arent strong enough it could affect your playability. 5 would be more stable in terms of tuning coz it'd pull your bridge back to where it were much better than a 3, but that doesnt mean that 3 wont do the same.

It's not better. If your bridge is staying in place with 3, 5 will be pulling too hard on it, so just keep 3 in.

im strong and can do 5 so is that better?

If you're comfortable with it, then nothing's wrong with 5 then.
