Hey, I'm finally getting round to making a super routine but I want to know what exactly cooling down after a long, strenuous practice routine consists of.
What do you guys do to cool down?

So far I've got:
Playing familiar songs
Basic exercises
Chromatic exercises

Just fiddle about on guitar and play what you like, i wouldnt do anymore exercises coz you will be sick and tired of them after a long practise sesh.
