IMO the biggest problem you face is in developing rythm. And the best way to overcome this is to learn sonds that you know/like, so you have a knowledge of the rythm and if you're playing it correctly. It's hard to suggest songs because I don't know what you like. But for beginner starters, I would suggest the old classic rock tune "Wild Thing" . 3 basic chords. G-C-D, played back and forth.

I dont think wonderwall will be so easy for a month exp. guitarist. i learned the chord part in twisted logic.

Do you like Steve Earle? An easy fav of mine is "GuitarTown". basically G-D-C repeated. W/C-D-C-D7 on the break.

Try doing sum oasis songs or beatles bc they tend to use mjor chords... n bc most of their songs also use non mayor chords.. u can experiment them as well... its all about experimenting
