Skynyrd, ZZtop or SRV

ive been playing about 8 months...ive been told im fairly good for how long ive been playing...but anyways to why these bands...first i love all three, and second my grandpa would like me to learn a couple of songs from any of them

thx in advance...oh and another thing...dont say sweet home alabama...i know its easy but for some stupid a** reason i cant pull it off (though i can play stuff twice as hard lol) next time i go see my friend that can play it im having him show me...hopefully i can pick it up if i see it played slowly

oh and btw...my grandpa isnt too old...fifty-something. Not old enough to actually be my dads dad at least...(hes not blood related...he married my grandma when i was little tho)
