Nope.
But its direct swap (last time I checked)
and its a great price for a neck-thru...
Check out the ESP LTD M-1000
For around the same price, neck thru, and OFR...
The only difference is where they are made
Jackson = Japan
ESP LTD = Korea..
but Korea makes some bitchin guitars nowadays (cough*ibanez S series *cough)

The Jackson Licensed is Direct swap.
All the jacksons except the American Select series are gonna have a jackson licensed floyd.. although the lowest models might have an even more sub-par one..

But a lot of the put-downs about LFR's are half-truths...
I have a lot of friends (well, 3 to be exact) with Pro series jacksons...
(two dinkys, and a kelly)
and they hold tune fine...
unless they go freakin' insane and abuse the guitar,
something a usual player will never do..

Also:
I love jackson's too! I have an MG Series Soloist (SLSMG) its awesome..
of course its kind of a black sheep, its string-thru and mahogany but still,
Great stuff!

Hm, Specs wise they are pretty equal, but I would take the Kelly 'cause of the sheer awesomeness of its design...
Of course some people might not like the design and comfort of playing it sitting down,
but out of experience I must say I love them...
Go try out both, the EMGs in the Dinky and the SD's in the Kelly will sound worlds different,
but pick whatever feels better.

Hm,
Well how big is your local shop?
Plus: Call the Guitar Center and ask if they carry them in stock..

Bear in mind that its always important to try the guitars first,
so 2 hours is not much for a guitar you will keep for years...

note:
I live about an hour and half from my GC
but i still take the trip there when it comes to guitars...
and its influenced my decision a lot!
