man i feel so beginner when i have to ask this..

how do you buy a custom bass?

yes ive heard of the custom service companies provide so that you can get your own fret board wood, matching headstock, different strings, etc.

Im buying a G&L L-2000 but i want some special things done to it.

can you guys run me through the whole process (along with a pro fixing it up for me?).

also some suggestions on what i should edit on my L-2000
Call up the company and ask... Its hard with bigger companies like G&L though, and they will ask for an extremely high price.

Each company has its own specific thing.
