I play an extremely wide range of stuff and I've been looking at the DiMarzio Mo Joe and FRED but the problem is I don't want to be limited to a certain sound. I love the satch tone but I want something that can play blues and other stuff too. What does UG recommend I get? My influences are incubus, sublime, hendrix, SRV, satriani, etc.

Satriani's pickups can have a good bluesy sound.

Seymour Duncan recommends a '59 and JB for ANY music style, and frankly, it's not a bad choice.

You could have a '59 in the neck and a FRED in the bridge.

Or are you replacing the bridge pickup only?

Bareknuckles if you have the budget. If they are outta your price range, look into Swineshead.

Orange Rocker 30 combo
