I think it's in the allegro to prestissimo range, but I just want to make sure and see what you guys think.

Well?

120-180 bpm. Death metal is usually 180 bpm - 240.

120 is waaaaay too slow if it ain't 16th and 32nd notes straight. Maybe some 64ths thrown in as well. 200+ is a minimum.

ideally it would be 340bpm, but i haven't heard any songs at that tempo. I would like to though. If any exist.

There's a track on the 'World of Lies' album by The Berzerker that is 330 bpm

But that isn't 340, is it?

Anyway, a lot of the thrash I listen to is in the 160-200 range with a double time feel.

140 is the slowest i've ever seen for thrash,

240 being the fastest.

The most common is 160-200.

I'd say it's about 4,000,000,000 degrees celsius.

Round the 180 range.

Interesting fact:

I remember attending a study course fages ago, and the dude said that on average, most teenagers listen to music at about "140 bpm". And then he went onto say that, anything above 60-80 bpm decreases your ability to learn, in fact, it will take four times longer to learn something if you're listening to music at 140bpm +.

As for the metalheads, we're fu cked :P. Apparently Baroque is the only style of music that aids your learning.
As a result of listing <><'s reports I was banned.

It depends. Maybe they are bands that play with 80 tempo but with 16th note triplets or with 200 tempo.. It depends. But , the faster and harder , the better IMO.
I put a dollar in a change machine. Nothing changed.
