For some reason when I hit my B or G string it has a sort of high pitched whine sound...not the sound of the string but it's really hard to describe...anyone know what I mean

edit:
I THINK, not certain...that it is coming from the bridge

I'm not a pro or anyhting, but if it's like a strat bridge then try raising the little things the strings go through.

My guitar is a start copy, how do I do this?

Don't do it yet.

Is it more like whining or buzzing?

If it's buzzing, then take an allen key, put it in the little holes on the saddles (the things at the bridge that the strings sit on) and raise them.
