I can play the whole song of lets say canon rock...but i know it sounds better with a pck i just cant get use to using one any help on what songs i should play to get better with a pick?

try some slow songs that make you change strings a lot...
...that way you get the feel of using a pick, as well as improving your fingers on the fretboard...

alternativly, I tried to improve my picking by playing songs that use a lot of power chords, that way u can strum using the pick and again getting the feel of it!!

this could be a load of $@&£ .. but I dunno lol its worth a try

I'm sorry I don't agree with that pick holding diagram. I think the way you hold the pick is a personal choice. I mean I admit I don't hold the pick like that but as long as you don't hold the pick with more than your thumb and index finger you need to find your own way.
