Hello, I understand that if you are playing guitar wrong and tense then your fingers will hurt and that you can damage your hands.. Hoever, lately I have been playing extremely slow and extremely carefully yet after an hour I feel a slight pain in my fingers close to the knuckles that attatch your hand to your fingers. Is this normal? Because I swear I'm play ultra slow, and ultra light lol.

Don't worry about it, worrying about it probably caused you to imagine pain, PLay guitar the way that feels most comfortable.

That's the point I do feel comfortable.. I've been paying attention to my tension alot lately.. I have stopped my pinky from moving away from the fret board. The pain comes a little after I've been playing for awhile. It's just the pain, I wanna know if that's just the muscles worn out.
