Hey, me and a friend are looking into doing some acoustic pieces together and stuff, and I've been wondering what are some good acoustic pieces that sound good in 2-part.

Nothing to insanely hard as of yet... Don't know how good the other guitarist is at picking up stuff as of now.

Simon and Garfunkel is only one guitar. I think he's talking about songs that use two guitars.

try "to bid you farewell" by Opeth, I guarentee you will love it.

Golden Dawn by Yngwie Malmsteen is also a good one, its very easy and has a great vibe to it.

both of the above songs involve alot of harmonies.
TEEP!!! Oiiiiiiieeeeeeeyyy!!!!!!

Well I don't know about solos but how about that Smoke on the Water riff. It's like...impossible.
