What scales do Lamb of God use? I enjoy their heavy tone and haunting sort of riffs.

Lamb of God's scales sound like ****. Why would you want to perpetuate it?

HAHA, what an idiot

And on a second note: EVERYONE USES THOSE SCALES! THEY'RE NOT ORIGINAL AT ALL! IT'S HOW THEY USE THEM, NOT WHAT THEY USE!

I hope that we could get some real metal out there. I guess A7X a start...
But nu metal does have its moments like Slipknot Mushroomhead and Korn.

I honestly doubt Lamb of God really knows what scales they're playing. I think they just play what sounds good, which in their style of music, sounds great.

Well, only one of their guitarist knows theory and Mark Morton is unbelievable like that. He can just throw out a scale and improvise on the spot. This isn't shown much because of they choose not to show off much. But hey thanks for your help.

BTW, I'm gonna say what I say to EVERYONE who asks this kinda question.

It's not what scales they use, but HOW they use them.
