Hey im pretty noob to the guitar but i think im learning at a good pace and i enjoy playing. Just wondering if anyone had any tips for barring chords like F. While my F and B chords sound a lot better now then when i first started playing i still have a few of the strings not quite ringing out and it pisses me off. Maybe i just have weak fingers

It's simple. Practise, practise, practise!
I thought I'd never get the hang of it, but I just kept trying and using them as often as possible. Do that and you'll soon get it.

Just try changing to and from differnet chords. It doesn't have to be part of a song or anything. Just go, A, C, F, G, D... or whatever. It doesn't matter.

^^ just change chords in different combinations through the different keys to get the hang of the changes within the keys
