I was in a pawn shop the other day looking for a wah pedal. I came across a red semihollow guitar while in there and the price was $600. I played in the store and it seemed very nice. It was a custom shop guitar that was made in Chicago. Its model is MR 450. I researched the guitar and found out that they were made in 1999. $1200 brand new. They were sammy hagar signitures. They are solid mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard. Seymour duncan JB and Jazz pickups. Grover tuners. I was wondering if there is anything, other than straightness of neck and aestetic flaws, that I should look for before I decide to buy this guitar.
Scratches. Loose tuner posts, loose anything.

Or just buy it anyways.

Yeah dole out the money as long as the neck is healthy. You can chage tuners or the bridge if you have to. That's a lot of guitar for the money.
apparently UG's only type O-
