I own a Crate FxT120. It cost me 380 bucks 1 year ago to buy. I am planning on selling it to my friend for 280. Is this a good price or not?

Yeah, I was deff. a noob when I bought this amp. Now I know which amps hold there value and such. Once I sell this, off to buy a Blues Junior. Thanks for the help guys.
