Hi all!

On my SG iv got strap locks and i could do a guitar spin with an old telecaster i had but when i do it with my SG it spins itself around mentally and i keeps hitting me in the back because of where the front strap button is (behind the neck)

any help?

yes, thank you for noticing that

just change where the strap button is, and fill the hole with something.
there's no other solution...

or you could buy a telecaster and sell your SG

wood filler?

the hole would be on the back so it's hardly noticable and it really wouldn't be that big of a hole.

i have an epiphone sg... and well... haha.. and the strap button in on the back on a metal plate where it connects the neck to the body... so... the only hole would be the one you would have to drill... but if you kept the strap with the new strap button... you wont have to fill anything... and pluss it is in the most comfortable position of all the guitars i have handled... SOO... DONT DO IT
