I actually used the drums from Guitar Pro, and I just made the rythm part and the lead (plus vocals with the guitar) and mixed them in Audacity.

That was awesome, finally someone nails the tapping section right. I think the lead guitar should have been a higher volume than the rhythm, thats my only complaint. Nicely Done.

Really good playing, kept in time well

My only critisism is perhaps the tone wasn't too great, and the quality of the recording wasn't amazing, but that probably couldn't be helped.

However, it doesn't really detract from the overall cover, good job

great cover i liked it i made a cover of this song not long ago and when i went to export it as wav the midi track wouldnt been in the audio. i use adobe audition does anyone know how to get round this?

I used the Midi track as part of the recording so it compiled with it.

i also put the midi track in too though. i insert it into track 1 but for some reason it doesnt export along with the rest of the tracks to make an audio file of the song

hahaha this is sweet, the tone is a bit too trebley and not really saturated enough imo, but its still decent and the playing is sweet =) I might have to learn this myself haha, sounds like a fun song to cover
