So I'm trying to get into some slide guitar, and I'm trying to get a new slide. I've got one of those pyrex ones, but it sounds horrible on my acoustic. I'm thinking about getting a bronze instead. My question is whether I should get a slide that is sized for my pinky, or one that I can use on my middle finger.
I'd use it mostly for acoustic-type blues, so I'm not sure which finger is best used for that style. Any thoughts?

Cheers!

If you use one on your pinky, you will be more versatile because it opens up the rest of your fingers for playing chords behind the slide. Finger is really irrelevent (just don't put it on your index finger)
