Im pretty sure the neck pickup would be rhythm and the bridge pickup would be treble.

rhythm = neck pickup, treble/lead = bridge, however i often play rhythm on the bridge pickup of my humbucker-equipped guitar and play lead with the neck pickup, so they're really arbitrary designations.
