Guys, I need some verification on this chord. In music we're learning 'I will Survive', and as I play guitar, my music teacher showed me the chords, and I am unsure on the fingering of the Bm7b5 chord. I think it is like this:

e|3
B|2
G|3
D|2

I'm not too sure though. Can anybody help?

Here is a site that can help:

www.all-guitar-chords.com

If ever you need verification on a chord go to "chord name" section and start building the chord and it will name it for you.

(Your chord gives a lot and isnt Bm7b5 according to the site)

This chord is though...

I wasn't actually saying that my chord WAS that chord, it was just the basis of the chord that I got shown.

That's what I'd have thought it is.

Thta chord doesn't sound right with the rest of the chords. Off my head I think the others are:

| Am7 | Dm7 | G7 | Cmaj7 | Fmaj7 | Bm7b5 |

Then there's a few more after that, but they're not important just for finding this chord.

Sadistic monkey's chord is wrong.
Guitardude19 has a correct voicing.

This is another way of playing it. You could also add an F on the high E string. (laying your index flat on the B and F notes to do that)
