I had a loose input jack for a while and my cable was always falling out. I just assumed that I need a new input jack but I decided to screw it open and see what its like and see if I could fix it. And the fix is REALLY EASY.

So, ignoring the fact that the cable end looks sorta like a penis, here is the picture of what it pretty much looks like.

The way the cable gets held in is that the grove at the tip of the cable (gray) gets stuck in this piece of metal in your guitar (red) that is pushing against the tip.

So to fix it, just bend the red part in my diagram towards the middle and that will put more pressure on the cable to hold it in. Thats it! Hope it helps someone
