I have been playing a year, and I have been kind of slack at learning.

I am alright and i can do alot of techniques, slides, hammers, pulls, pinch harmonics, natural harmonics, triplets and alt picking.

question, what are some MUSt learn songs of the genre i can use to polish up and get abit better?

I can play seek and destroy mostly, as well as am i evil including intro solo.

let me know please.

Hmm I'm learning Back in Black too, not too hard.

Master of Puppets spider-fingering thingy was hard at first, but it was one of the exercises my first guitar teacher gave to me. Gave me fast fingers real early on... so say the ladies.

Deluster,

honestly, Master of Puppets is not as fast as it sounds. I am no speed fingers but I learned pretty much the whole song in 2 days. it's not that hard.
