You have a client, yet you can't even figure out what is in the jack cavity?

It's cocaine.

If you have a basic knolwedge on how to finish you should know what it is.
#11
yeah, its just teh dust from sanding. Yes finish is white.

Likewise I advise snorting it
#13
Definately cocaine. Likewise, I don't advise sniffing it. Take it out and sell it without your client knowing.

AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHa

seriously. i have that white stuff in my cavity too, its just dust from sanding and buffing the body. Try fingering that stuff, keep it on ur fingers then play guitar.. it'll help your strings from rusting, but it makes your finger black and shit. but its all good for ur guitar.

i say freebase it, just get a spoon , a lil water a lil bakingsoda(optional) a lighter, ash and a pip, simply put a lil water in the spoon, put the powder in the spoon and the baking soda if u choose to, het the spoon from under neeth with the lighter till it starts bubbling and turns into a rock, then put a lil ash in the bottom of your pipe, put the rock in on the ash, light up breath in deep (about both lungs full) then slowly exhale, repeat if neccicary

In all seriousness, just go buy a can of compressed air and blow that shit out. The worst it could be is mould, but it probably isn't so whatever.

Please only serious replies. I am doing this guitar for a client, it matters i know what this is.

"my guitars" => "this guitar for a client" erm ok then....

it could be one of hree things, 1: buffing residue and dust, 2: your... your client's guitar is mouldering away, 3: how did you get that through customs?

i had this stuff left in my bass, in the jack route, it was white, like a powder... it was from buffing and sanding
