Lol i hate to say it but yeah you need a screwdriver. I presonaly keep a set of allen wrenches, mulitiple screwdrivers, steel wool(000) and other small hand tools just for my guitar. And if you really don't have a screwdriver find a butter knife or something else that will fit.

allen wrenches or shove a toothpick into the hole where the string comes out. it's that easy.
