Yeah it has many names-

Whammy Bar, Tremolo Arm, Whammy Arm, Suicide Bar, Tremolo Arm.......

If anything just take your guitar in and show them, because im sure if they sell you a trem arm for a Strat, its not going to fit on your Ibanez. Or maybe it will?

you need to ask for an edge pro trem. arm and just tell them the model of your ibanez so they can make sure you get the right one

If you want to be common, just say trem arm for EP

More specific is "Ibanez 2LE2-1B Tremolo Arm" (im sure he doesnt understand that...)
"Play with your ears" - Yngwie Malmsteen, Paul Gilbert
Thats what she said...

Man, you guys are missing the one that most accurately describes what it does: Vibrato bar/arm.
