is there a guide to this for a p-bass? i dont wanna stuff things up. trouble with the knobs and lead hole

Basically you have a 1% chance of ****ing something up. Just pull on your knobs to remove them. If they wont come off easily, take an allen wrench? And just loosen it up. There should be a little hole on the side for it.

After you get those off, you'll want to unscrew the nut that connects the knobs to the pickguard. Once you're done with that, then you can unscrew the rest of the pickguard.

It's really not that difficult. And once you have the first one off, just repeat the steps backwards with the new one.
