I forgot how to construct a major scale. So here what I remember it as:

W=Whole step
H=Half Step

W W H W W W H

That would mean that a G major scale would be:

G A B C D E F# G

Is this correct?

Also, I would like to know how the circle of fifths fits into this. And maybe if somebody could tell me the exact order in which flats occur. I know Bb is first, Eb is second, what comes after all of that?

You have the major scale part correct.

I have a full picture of the circle in the other thread if it helps.

heres this (i think thats what you're asking):

C 0#
G 1# F#
D 2# F# C#
A 3# F# C# G#
E 4# F# C# G# D#
B 5# F# C# G# D# A#
F# 6# F# C# G# D# A# E#
C# 7# F# C# G# D# A# E# B#

C 0b
F 1b Bb
Bb 2b Bb Eb
Eb 3b Bb Eb Ab
Ab 4b Bb Eb Ab Db
Db 5b Bb Eb Ab Db Gb
Gb 6b Bb Eb Ab Db Gb Cb
Cb 7b Bb Eb Ab Db Gb Cb Fb

The circle of fifths is a circle of fifths So it would go C -> G -> D etc counter clockwise. So C has no sharps, G has one, D has two, etc.

You are correct, and:

Bb Eb Ab Db Gb Cb Fb
