Washburn WD32SW and WD18SW have solid top sides and back and they're under $400.

You're probably looking at around $1000 to get that...$600 can get you a decent acoustic electric with a solid top though.

^--- yeah those washburns are solid top, sides, and back from what i've read... but they are acoustics. threadstarter is looking for an acoustic-electric.

Get a Breedlove. They have such a rich high projected tone that will blow you away from the first strum, check out all their models here and play some in a local guitar shop near you. I promise they will not dissapoint you.

theyre solid all the way around, and sound great. i own the wd- 18sw. i love it, looks, sounds beautiful , and plays great! in fact you can even find some with blemishes (b-stock) for under 200. wish i had known that before.
