ok, i want a delay pedal which has the following functions:

capable of playing it as a delay, then switching it so it continues playing what has been built up in the delay memory without writing new things or decaying away... i have a DSD-3 which is nice, but id like to be able to switch between delay and sampling without having to build up my delay again...

it needs to have the option of trailing delays. id like to also be able to set it so it doesnt do this, but this isnt essential.

obviously, it needs to have a decent length of delay, although im not massively bothered about having a really long one, 3-4 seconds would probably satisfy me, though i imagine anything which would fulfill my requirements would have longer than that anyway.

so yeah, does anyone have any suggestions for what might meet my needs?

do you mean the '16 second' one?

it looks interesting, but it seems it might be a little too kinda analogue delay emulation, and for close to 300 quid id want something to be spot on... i might try it though. does anyone have any other suggestions?
