Relative keys like relative major and minor keys?

Such as in the key of C, the relative minor is A because it is the 6th scale degree.
In the key of E, the relative minor is C#, because that note is the 6th scale degree of the E major scale.

Adding on to what Ascendancy5 said,

they are called "relative" keys because they contain the same sharps and flats. Key of C (major) = no sharps or flats, to find the relative minor of C you go up 6 scale degrees to find A. A is the relative minor because it has 0 sharps and flats just like C.
