I have bought a G-400 Custom in ivory pretty recently. I have gotten into metal alot more than i was when i bought this guitar. So instead of buying a new guitar, i will change the pickups. Right now the guitar has three stock humbuckers. Would anyone recommend some good humbuckers ( For metal ). I have also been thinking about getting a EMG for the middle pup.........

You can't really mix Active and passive...I believe...The pot values are very different.

Without knowing any bands you like...
Maybe...
Neck - Seymour Duncan SH-10 Full Shred - Two rows of adjustable pole pieces, help ya balance the pickup. Good for playing leads up in the neck position, while givin ya good chunky rhythm. too
Middle - Seymour Duncan SH-12 George Lynch Screamin Demon - Big aggressive rock tones...Also good for leads...Both coils are adjustable again.
Bridge - Seymour Duncan SH-6 Duncan Distortion - High gain, great for absolutely searing leads in the birdge positon. Hot, but not muddy.

oh yea and i just found out their ceramic magnets too.. do you think their would be some DiMarzio's that would sound on the same line as the evolutions, But wouldn't be so specialized
for such an experienced player. i read some were "DO NOT PUT CERAMICS IN YOU NECK POSITION UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!"

Maybe not for all posititions but they're supposed to be amazing. Kinda expensive though, and non of them come in a three-pack.
