im not sure what is a stop tailpiece, im looking at a prs with options tremola, or stop tailpiece can anyone explain, i know what tremola is.

Coz a stoptail is a form of fixed bridge.

^Also because it isnt technically a fixed bridge. A fixed bridge is FIXED to the the body of the guitar. A stop-tail is attached above the body of the guitar.
