I am fairly new to the sight, though I've looked up tabs here for about a year or so. As far as playing goes, I'd say I'm about an intermediate. I can do sweep picking and several other advanced techniques, but I'm not an expert. Recently, I've decided that I want me a half/full stack...so here is the problem...

As a guitarist, I vary from style to style. I like blues/jazz, rock (From classic to death metal/black metal) and my own style. I'm looking for the perfect amp to suit my needs. I know everyone has their own opinion, but where I'm from, you can't find many people who know anything about music. So these are the features I'm looking for.

Must be at least 100 Watts (Tubed power)
Must be a half/full stack
2 separate master volumes (For Clean and Distortion channels)
At least 3 footswitchable channels (Clean, Gain, and Ultra Gain)
things such as Bass, Middle, Low, High, Contour, Reverb, etc.

I think that's just about all I'm looking for. Some amps I've been looking at are Marshall, Koch, Rivera, Hughes and Kettner, Krank, and Peavey. Please help...I'd appreciate it greatly.

Gear I have now...

Steve Vai Signature JEM 555 guitar.
Randall 100 Watts

(It's not much, but it's all I have....)

used to have... (until it burnt)
100 Watt tubed Marshall,
a RS-V8 Washburn,
a Zakk Wylde Wah,
a Digitech GNX4
a Jackson limited edition Kelly
a Dean playmate bass
Ibanez GSA-20

One last thing...I also have a DS-1 Boss Distortion pedal (It was my brothers a long while back), but it stopped working. I'm not sure if it's a wire shortage or if it's just too old to be used...any suggestions?
