Howdy!

I play stuff like Tool, Metallica, anything heavey really. Which amp would be better?

I will be getting them used for:

Marshall Valvestate- 250$
Peavey Studio 112- 150$
(CDN prices)

So I don't care about getting the marshall if it's better. (I was gonna pay 500$ lol)

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

When did I ever say anything about an MG? Tell me where you see MG in my post?
-I did not edit it

Go with the Valvestate. I put a Electro-Harmonix 12AX7 in mine and the distortion is insane.

Ah! I see! lol, I was just saying Marshall to represent the Marshal Valvestate. I thought that would've been obvious, as that's in the title but.... apparently not. I'll edit it incase someone else comes in and thinks the same thing.

I actually was looking at getting a Cube 60. But I hear a lot of it being just a practice amp. I am looking for (not top-of-the-line by any means, just maybe midway)

I just saw these two up for sale, and didn't know how good they're supposed to be. I saw they're reviewed 9+, but so are they Line 6 spiders lol...
