I'm really bored so I want to lower the action on my acoustic Yamaha F310. Anyone got any tips and should I get lighter gauge strings? I wanna do i myself cause I've got no music shop nearby.

probably 11s or 12s, and you don't want to go much lower than that, or they won't be able to drive the top to create the pleasant acoustic sound. As for the action, you can shave down the saddle. There is a tutorial on the www.taylorguitars.com website.

Partscaster/Tele into a bunch of pedals, a Maz 18 head, and a Z Best cab.
