Im trying to tune my guitar ( Ibanez GSZ ) to E FLAT which is Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb but mu tuner only comes up with Eb and Db, how can i tune it?

Electrics:

well if you can get the top e to e flat just tune the rest of the strings from the top one

To be honest, youre better off looking online for some Eb tuning notes. If youve never tuned a guitar without a tuner, it'll take you ages to tune it properly using just the Eb string.

That is just standard tuning down half a step, there should be a little button on your tuner to add flats just hit that once and then tune normally...

change the tuner Hz from 440 to 415
when you do this, when it says E A D G B E, it will really be Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb
