Which one does better floyds? i know schaller are more expensive, but are gotoh still really good?

Your dad has had the same set of strings on his guitar which he plays daily? They wouldn't happen to be rusty as all holy hell, would they?

I've never played gotoh floyds, but I like the schaller trems they seemed a bit stiff to me though. I thought teh ibby trems were pretty nice. And kahler def makes great trems.

Good Ibanez trems are Gotoh-made.

So, either gotoh or schaller are good, its jsut schaller are expensive, and im not sure wether gotoh are as good?

EDIT - and can either of them be swapped in for an Edge III without routing?
