Well, I use the other notes.. I dont know if you know them but they are:

DO| RE| MI| FA| SOL| LA| SI|

And here it would be

C | D| E | F | G | A | B

Yeah.. I got that part lol
But I dont really understand what 'D' and 'D#' mean and crazy stuff like that

I gettin on tabs this cool Alesana song called "The Last Three Letters"
But I dont know what tuning I'm on lol

If its D or D# i dont knooow!

I assume that you are french, Like I am

# = dièse
b = bémol
m = mineur

dude ok heres how the musical alphabet goes #'s and b's (b is flat) are half way in between each letter. u get a sharp if u go up the letters, if u go down u get flat so theyre pretty much the same thing just different names.
A,A#,B#,C,C#,D,D#,E,E#,F,F#,G,G# and heres wat it looks like if u go down
Gb,G,Fb,and so on so yea hope this helps

Its:

A -> A# -> B -> C -> C# -> D -> D# -> E -> F -> F# -> G -> G# -> A

B# = C
Cb = B
E# = F
Fb = E
