Ok, so i need to fix fret buzz. it's exactly on the 12th fret on the a string. tried raising the action, tried raising the string itself and tried raising the bridge. so far, nothing. help?

its just on that one fret. yes, it was a bit of a cheapo, but it was that one fret only, the others are fine.

BTW, I JUST CHECKED, NO BENT NECK EITHER

the fret may be raised a bit, if you have a long metal straightedge, lay it across the fretboard and check to be sure all teh frets are level, if you can rock the straightedge back and forth then oen of the frets is uneven and may require filing.
