You could do the pickup adjustment yourself, all you need is a small enough screw driver. But for the rest, it really does depend on the place. Some will charge $20 US others will charge even $60.
Guitars
Agile 3100 CSB
ESP MH400 w/ Trem-Setter
Epi G-310
Applause Acoustic

Amps
1968 Fender Vibrochamp - Great amp, only $100 fixxer-upper
Line 6 Spider II

REMEMBER, ALL TONE IS SUBJECTIVE!

You could probably do most of that yourself.

..but if you don't know what you're doing, it's best to take it into a shop.

Where I live, to get your god damn truss rod fixed its 80$, because they're all unexperienced repairmen.

I'd say $25 average.... $50 tops

Worth it though, you'll notice the difference

Try looking through the yellow pages website for instrument repair shops, then just e-mail them and ask how much it would cost. I was going to pay a full $65 for a repair, but then I decided to e-mail some other shops and the guy I ended up going to did an incredible job for only $40.

Theres only one store within a two hour drive.

I know I can do the pickup adjustment, put I'd rather let the store do the intonation truss rod and action.

Give 10 UGers a rope and ask them to pull. 4 will push, 1 will ask for buttsecks, 2 will tell you get an Ibanez and the last 3 will start complaining about Line6 Spiders.

i would prolly do it all myself but i do alot of guitar work you could prolly do it yourself if you know enough about your guitar.
