I dont know if this is some super technical problem, but im just going to tell it like it was and hopefully get some help.

I have a 200watt combo 2X12, had it for 1,1/2 years or so.
I was playing quietly to a song on the overdrive channel with my normal tone set up (max treb, 3/4mid and 1/2 bass, 3/4 2nd gain).
All was fine, but all of a sudden, it started to buzz insanely and the volume on the buzz was very high, so i turned the amp off, as I was turning it off it turned into a deeper, louder buzz, after it was completely turned off, it still buzzed.....
so i unplugged it (power cable), and it stopped.

After that incident (5-6 hours ago) it keeps doing that~~!!
I assure you, all the volumes are turned to ZERO as well as other crap, but same buzz, same volume, same tone; even when the patch cord is out.

Help? Anyone?

yep, your amp is screwed up. if its a 200w combo its probably solid state which = almost impossible to repair.

depends on what the problem is, but i dont think i know any techs that will even try to fix them unless its something simple like a fan that needs to be replaced.

Does it buzz when your guitar is unplugged?

Are you sure it's a solid state? My friend has a 200W Randall and it's tube.

If it's only 6 months old just get it repaired, it should be under warranty.

Well, sounds like only a tech could help you. I say try to get it fixed, I guess. Good luck.
