I've got the fret measurements in inches, but they're written like this:

fret: Distance:
1-------1.4312
2-------2.7821
3-------4.0572
4-------5.2606
5-------6.3966

etc....

how can i measure this on a ruler, for example 7" 3/32 ?

I just wanna know how to messure a distance with decimals ie: 5.2606 inches, using a steel ruler. it has inches and all the smaller increments (8th, 16th, 32, 64th of an inch)
